Industrial Progress Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support and accelerate progress initiatives using Michelin Way tools, methods, and approaches
• Deploy industrial engineering fundamentals (IE Basics) and ensure they are implemented and sustained
• Enable operational teams to become autonomous in managing their performance and progress initiatives
• Support change management to ensure acceptance of change and engagement of key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with operational teams and managers to drive sustainable improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields)
• 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering (New graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
• Fluency in both Thai and English
• Ability to pass a Logical Test and an Industrial Engineering (IE) Test during the selection process
