Responsibilities

• Pilot strategic industrial projects and ensure global coordination
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including methods, quality, supply, purchasing, and technical teams
• Make rapid decisions to secure deliveries, control costs, and guarantee process maturity
• Identify, anticipate, and treat industrial risks to ensure operational continuity
• Arbitrate priorities and ensure global consistency of actions in committee meetings

Requirements

• Engineering degree (industrial engineering, mechanical, production, or equivalent) or higher education with significant experience in industrial project management
• Proven experience in managing industrial projects
• Transversal leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
• Mastery of industrial security issues (deliveries, costs, processes)
• Autonomy and ability to act with discernment and reactivity
• Stress and crisis management skills
• Natural leadership and interpersonal ease
