Industrial Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist process engineers on study projects within the nuclear, chemical, and petrochemical sectors
• Participate in the design of P&ID plans and client reviews
• Perform material, thermal, and utility balances
• Size equipment or control valves using simulation tools or spreadsheets
• Define instruments and unit operating modes
• Participate in layout and configuration studies for functional units
• Draft equipment specification sheets (pumps, exchangers, tanks, columns, etc.)
• Research and technically analyze supplier offers
• Assist in drafting operating manuals and startup procedures

Requirements

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in process engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the nuclear or industrial sector
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Eurocodes
• Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and frameworks (e.g., AFCEN)
