Industrial Printing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analysis by gathering and assessing customer technical needs and identifying site-specific constraints.
• Lead solution planning and design, including investigating optimal fits, adapting designs to new requirements, and establishing solution validity.
• Generate implementation plans with timelines and create appropriate test plans for proposed projects.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and build loyalty through consultative selling techniques to act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with account teams to provide solution advice, proposals, and presentations.
• Engage additional technical resources to support deals in the pipeline.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in technical selling.
• Proven technical and/or solution experience within the industry.
• Strong technical selling skills and ability to use effective questioning techniques.
• Ability to work as a contributing team member for large, complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical university degree.
• Experience in the Commercial Printing industry.
• Knowledge of HP portfolio and solutions, including HP Services.
• Understanding of data business center components and IT business applications.
