Industrial Planning & Production Control MAIT Space

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise detailed production plans for space projects, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and time estimation.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials, tools, and personnel.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations from plans, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Manage and optimize MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Testing) workflows to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Control component and work-in-progress inventories to balance availability with cost efficiency.
• Generate production performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures throughout all production stages.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial planning and production control within high-tech environments, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Deep knowledge of planning and production methodologies, specifically MRP and SAP.
• Proficiency in project management and planning software such as MS Project, SAP PP, or Primavera P6.
• Advanced fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
