Industrial Pilot/Aero Workshop Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide close technical support to production teams on the assembly line to ensure production rates and quality standards are met.
• Analyze and resolve technical blocking points by identifying root causes and deploying rapid corrective actions.
• Reduce non-quality by analyzing defects and participating in the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
• Update technical documentation, including instruction sheets, manufacturing processes, and production-related documentation.

Requirements

• Mastery of Airbus A320 definitions.
• Strong knowledge of structural/aeronautical assembly processes and associated standards (ADET / AIPS).
• Fluent English (mandatory for working with local management and technical documentation).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrialization or Manufacturing Engineering.
• MBA degree.
