Industrial Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process/Industrial Performance department, overseeing a team of diverse technical profiles.
• Guarantee the performance of production tools through continuous KPI monitoring and analysis.
• Structure and drive the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology across the site.
• Optimize machine operation by analyzing losses, improving production processes, and enhancing equipment reliability.
• Manage technical investments (CAPEX) and operational budgets (OPEX) related to industrial performance.
• Supervise automation projects and the integration of new machinery, ensuring successful delivery to technical teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 7 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Strong technical expertise in automation, industrial electricity, mechanics, robotics, and machine safety.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and quality tools (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in team management and technical project leadership.
• Proficiency in managing global budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
