Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of one or more production or assembly entities
- Drive and manage the performance and improvements of assigned production lines
- Deploy industrial performance standards
- Identify causes of non-performance and low value-added operations
- Define and manage improvement action plans
- Communicate on performance evolution
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school or specialized technical university in industrial engineering
- 1 to 2 years of post-graduate experience in the aeronautics sector
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing
- Proficiency in PowerBI and VBA
- English language skills
- Organized, rigorous, and excellent interpersonal skills
