Industrial Operations and Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot production units including planning, scheduling, and flow management
• Manage and lead production teams including supervisors, operators, and technicians
• Ensure achievement of productivity, cost, quality, deadline, and safety objectives
• Deploy continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen
• Monitor and analyze industrial performance indicators (OEE, scrap rates, service rates)
• Supervise industrial maintenance to ensure equipment availability
• Manage industrial investments and participate in industrialization and modernization projects
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (QHSE)
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality, methods, and procurement functions

Requirements

• Higher education degree in engineering, industrial production, or industrial management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• Ability to analyze and optimize production processes and industrial flows
• Experience in industrial risk management (safety, business continuity, quality)
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and industrial performance tools (ERP, MES)
• Strong leadership and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
