Industrial Molding Process Performance Apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of technical content in plastics engineering, robotics, and automation to create high-quality educational materials.
• Formalize and automate industrial databases for machines, lifting equipment, and material handling systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Consolidate project data (cycle times, energy savings, etc.) into a centralized database to extract key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct R&I trials on the RIM process, including preparing generic process FMEAs, improving technical specifications, and formalizing detailed test reports.
• Organize and execute Design of Experiments (DoE) to optimize process parameters when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Plastics Engineering (Plasturgie).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong mastery of thermoplastic injection processes.
• Knowledge of numerical simulation (Moldflow) and polymer characterization (FTIR, microscopy, DSC, MFI, etc.).
• Proficiency in VBA, basic programming, and 2D/3D CAD.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Pack and Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in an international environment.
