Industrial Methods Technician/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize assembly sequences, work instructions, and industrial processes to meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement actions regarding ergonomics, tooling, and production rates.
• Act as a technical interface between the design office and production teams to ensure design feasibility and successful field deployment.
• Manage industrial documentation and ensure strict compliance with aeronautical standards (such as Part 21 and quality standards).
• Monitor production KPIs and actively participate in technical problem-solving within the industrial environment.

Requirements

• Educational background: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Electrotechnics.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience; experience in the aeronautics sector is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in production management tools and technical blueprint reading.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and 5S.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both operators and engineers.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and a strong analytical mindset.
