Responsibilities
- Pilot Manufacturing Engineering projects from needs analysis to implementation
- Supervise tooling business managers and manage functional teams of engineers and consultants
- Guarantee quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives including workload estimation and planning
- Manage steering committees with clients and internal technical departments
- Analyze project needs and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Anticipate industrial and operational risks and implement preventive action plans
- Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations
- Contribute to the improvement of industrialization processes and production methods
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management within the railway sector
- Ability to analyze and validate 2D/3D Mechanical, Electrical, and Cabin definitions
- Proficiency in risk analysis (PFMEA)
- Experience defining assembly means, tooling, and manufacturing sequences
- Professional proficiency in English
