Responsibilities

• Pilot Manufacturing Engineering projects from needs analysis to implementation
• Supervise tooling business managers and manage functional teams of engineers and consultants
• Guarantee quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives including workload estimation and planning
• Manage steering committees with clients and internal technical departments
• Analyze project needs and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Anticipate industrial and operational risks and implement preventive action plans
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations
• Contribute to the improvement of industrialization processes and production methods

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management within the railway sector
• Ability to analyze and validate 2D/3D Mechanical, Electrical, and Cabin definitions
• Proficiency in risk analysis (PFMEA)
• Experience defining assembly means, tooling, and manufacturing sequences
• Professional proficiency in English
