Industrial Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing and maintenance processes for aeronautical products
• Prepare manufacturing, assembly, and control dossiers
• Identify and resolve technical anomalies in the workshop
• Implement continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing
• Provide daily technical support to production teams
• Write and update technical documentation and work instructions
• Train operators on new methods and procedures
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly techniques
• Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Experience with ERP production management software
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Rigorous, organized, and methodical approach
