Industrial Mechanic/Millwright

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform autonomous mechanic and hydraulic repairs and replacements
• Conduct failure analysis to establish root causes and implement corrective actions
• Perform equipment alignments, valve settings, and maintenance inspections
• Disassemble and assemble mechanical components according to maintenance plans
• Interpret technical drawings to guide repair and installation processes
• Execute machine lock out and tag out (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety
• Operate welding equipment, forklifts, or overhead cranes as required
• Update maintenance systems and generate detailed technical reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanic and hydraulic inspection and repair
• Ability to perform detailed failure analysis and root cause identification
• Proficiency in equipment alignment and technical drawing interpretation
• Experience with welding equipment operation
• Strict adherence to lock out tag out (LOTO) safety procedures
• Ability to operate forklifts or radio-controlled overhead cranes
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
