Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term planning for mechanical maintenance activities, defining work objectives and methods
• Prepare technical and economic studies and perform risk analysis
• Estimate costs for materials and resources for long-term planned activities
• Define budgets and financial resource sources
• Develop physical and financial schedules
• Guide the PCM team and monitor preventive maintenance activities
• Support the planning team in fulfilling the 52-week maintenance map
• Update maintenance plans by analyzing asset criticality to ensure asset lifespan
• Manage planned resources, supervising systems and processes to improve workforce and material utilization
• Create and update maintenance master data in specific software
• Monitor mechanical and predictive maintenance activities using management systems like SAP, MS Project, and Power BI

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Professional registration with CREA
• Experience in Maintenance Planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduation or MBA in Industrial Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Management, Project Management, or related fields
