Industrial Mechanic Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and inspect fixed machinery
• Plan and distribute tasks with the help of the Supervisor
• Coordinate, assign, and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility
• Organize and participate in preventive and corrective shutdowns
• Analyze departmental problems and find appropriate solutions
• Manage current and future spare parts procurement needs
• Develop team skills on a continuous basis
• Ensure employees strictly apply health and safety policies and procedures
• Verify the quality of the team's work

Requirements

• DEP in industrial mechanics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics
• One year of experience in personnel management
• Knowledge of chain-driven and belt-driven machinery
• Excellent welding skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic systems
