Industrial Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdowns to ensure production targets are met
• Execute preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery
• Conduct failure analyses and suggest measures to improve process efficiency
• Create work reports and track progress on maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with electrotechnicians and external companies on various projects
• Provide training to plant employees as needed

Requirements

• DEC in industrial mechanics or DEP in industrial mechanics or electromechanics
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility and availability to work a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (day and night shifts)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIG sanitary welding
• Basic machining experience
