Industrial Mechanic III

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, scheduled corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial machines and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical failures, identify defects, and communicate anomalies to supervisors
• Disassemble, evaluate, repair, and test machinery and components to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct technical inspections to define necessary materials, tools, and maintenance services
• Execute adjustments, calibrations, and minor maneuvers on industrial equipment using appropriate instruments
• Document technical information and close service orders (OS) with detailed descriptions of activities and deviations
• Propose improvements to maintenance processes and maintain workplace organization using 5S standards

Requirements

• Qualification in Industrial Mechanics
• Technical degree in Mechanics (Industrial Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Lubrication)
• Proven knowledge of industrial or plant maintenance
• Knowledge of special tool specifications
