Industrial Mechanic II

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance tasks
• Replace bearings, rollers, reducers, transmission belts, and motors
• Perform shaft alignment and torqueing of valves and piping
• Document technical information and close service orders
• Use precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes
• Identify equipment failures and define necessary maintenance services
• Maintain workspace organization following 5S standards

Requirements

• Qualification in Industrial Mechanics
• Knowledge and development of Level I activities
• Technical degree in Mechanics (desirable)
• Professional courses in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Lubrication (differential)
• Knowledge of ball mills, pulp pumps, flotation cells, and piping (differential)
