Industrial Mechanic II

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial components, machinery, and equipment.
• Execute tasks such as replacing bearings, reducers, transmission belts, motors, and performing shaft alignments.
• Install and replace valves and piping, ensuring proper torque application according to manuals.
• Conduct fault identification (peritagem) and evaluate the wear of mechanical parts and components.
• Document all technical information, including labor, materials, and equipment used, via Maintenance Orders (OM).
• Support machine lubrication and ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Proven experience with Mine equipment (Munck / Aerial Platform).
• Qualification in Industrial Mechanics.
• Valid Driver's License (CNH) category D or E.
• Availability to work on a 4x4 shift rotation.
• Residence in or near Conceição do Mato Dentro, Serro, Congonhas do Norte, Dom Joaquim, or Alvorada de Minas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics.
• Professional certification courses in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Lubrication.
• Proficiency in using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
