Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on complex machines
• Dismantle, inspect, and repair defective mechanical components
• Diagnose faults and locate technical issues
• Replace defective parts and reassemble high-complexity mechanical assemblies (e.g., multi-stage pumps, compressors, boosters, bevel gear reducers)
• Visually and dimensionally control production according to required procedures
• Ensure installation commissioning and traceability in documentation
• Train level 1 mechanics
• Maintain and repair in accordance with maintenance plans and technical drawings
• Provide daily reporting on production and encountered problems

Requirements

• Technical training (BEP, CAP in mechanics or BAC PRO)
• Significant experience in a similar industrial role
• Proficiency in reading technical plans
• Knowledge of mechanical components, assembly tolerances, measurement, and instrumentation
• Rigor, adaptability, and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
