Industrial Mechanic Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Learn to manufacture components and assemblies for machines, fixtures, and production systems
• Master techniques for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Work with technical drawings and pneumatic controls
• Program and operate CNC machines
• Set up, convert, maintain, and repair machinery
• Rotate through various departments including the training workshop, CNC turning and milling, the technical center, and the measurement room
• Balance practical training (3.5 days) with vocational school (1.5 days)

Requirements

• Good secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss or Mittlere Reife)
• Strong interest in CNC and control technology
• Technical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Quick learner with a high capacity for comprehension
• Reliable, careful, and responsible way of working
