Industrial Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize new and renovation industrial operations for the Concrete product line
• Pilot large-scale projects across a network of 35 concrete plants in the South-East region
• Support local Directors and manage industrial projects from end to end
• Optimize industrial tools through preventive and corrective maintenance support
• Draft technical specifications and manage regulatory and normative compliance
• Manage financial envelopes, including tenders and project closures
• Coordinate construction schedules and phasing on various sites

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management, maintenance, or technical development
• Experience in heavy industry, quarries, or concrete is preferred
• Proficiency in project management and construction site monitoring
• Professional level of English
• Ability to travel frequently within the region
