Industrial Maintenance Works Preparer

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary site visits to assess project needs
• Estimate requirements for materials, personnel, and time for various operations
• Collect all necessary documentation required for project execution
• Establish and manage business files and project documentation
• Manage raw material supplies and procurement
• Monitor compliance with standards and ensure documentary follow-up
• Organize and manage subcontractors
• Complete and finalize end-of-project documentation

Requirements

• Minimum BAC +2 degree (e.g., BTS Maintenance Industrielle, DUT Génie industriel et maintenance)
• At least 2 years of significant experience in an industrial environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Rigorous, dynamic, and innovative approach to problem-solving
