Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and conduct daily/monthly preventative maintenance (PM)
• Perform mechanical repairs and rewire electrical components, including buckets and motors
• Troubleshoot equipment failures by connecting laptops to machinery
• Maintain manufacturing line efficiency and proactively work with operators and supervisors
• Follow all safety SOPs, including equipment lock-out procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and accurately complete downtime sheets and GMP logs
• Identify necessary mechanical improvements and eliminate unsafe working conditions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong industrial electrical background with the ability to rewire components
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other heavy machinery
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and equipment troubleshooting
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces or at heights
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM) including overtime and weekends as required
