Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment
• Read and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders
• Inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance and report findings
• Perform electrical corrections using knowledge of drives and PLCs
• Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs and changeovers
• Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking systems
• Respond to safety concerns and rectify immediate dangers

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Electrical apprenticeship or vocational/technology certificate in electricity
• 5 years of electrical technical hands-on experience including wiring automation machine control panels and PLCs
• Proficiency in troubleshooting 480 volts and control circuits
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and apply NEC requirements
• Experience with MIG and/or arc welding
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, cylinders, and conveyors
• Ability to work independently and communicate across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift and scissor lift driving experience
• Lathe operation experience
