Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment
• Execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
• Support machine improvements and the installation of new equipment
• Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints
• Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance or a technical field
• Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controls
• Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO procedures
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with controls, robot programming, and automation
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining air compressors
• Proficiency in metal cutting, welding, drilling, and tapping
