Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform curative, corrective, and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment and packaging lines
• Assist production teams with machine adjustments, restarts, and fault diagnostics
• Identify malfunctions, analyze root causes, and contribute to the successful restart of equipment
• Work primarily on packaging lines with progressive exposure to tank farms, utilities, and building infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records of interventions using CMMS (GMAO) software
• Adhere strictly to QSE, ISO 22000, food hygiene, and safety lockout/tagout procedures

Requirements

• Bac Pro or BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, or a related technical field
• Solid foundation in industrial electricity, including schematic reading and wiring logic
• Basic knowledge of Siemens automation (TIA Portal, S7-1200/S7-1500, Ladder, and PROFINET)
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (approximately 5 to 6 weeks per year)
• Experience in an industrial environment through an apprenticeship, internship, or previous role

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics
• Experience with machine settings and adjustments in a food-grade environment
