Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and equipment
• Prepare and execute preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
• Record all maintenance activities in available platforms and systems
• Collaborate on technical analysis of maintenance and repair budgets
• Participate in reducing downtime and optimizing machine setups
• Implement continuous improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support the identification of maintenance needs and definition of intervention plans

Requirements

• 12th grade or Technical-Professional course in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, Automation, or similar
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis
• Basic knowledge of English
• Proficiency in office tools, CAD, and maintenance management software
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Complementary training in occupational safety or industrial equipment
• Experience in industrial environments or shipyards
