Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging and processing equipment
• Perform major overhauls and minor repairs to all plant equipment
• Replace mechanical components including belts, motors, bearings, pumps, gaskets, and seals
• Read and interpret PID drawings and schematics
• Work on conveyors, coders, labelers, and control circuits
• Repair and replace electric motors, starters, controls, and switches
• Perform welding (TIG, MIG, and ARC), fabrication, and light machining as needed
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, 5S, and OSHA compliance standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food industry preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
