Industrial Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems in collaboration with production departments
• Support the maintenance inventory system by researching and tracking parts
• Ensure safety by following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and wearing proper PPE
• Assist in special projects, line changes, and new line setups
• Support production lines on a daily-needs basis

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, mechanical, electrical, and PLC controlled systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams
• Understanding of electrical principles such as voltage and current
• Experience troubleshooting PLC, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
• Flexibility regarding schedule and travel requirements
