About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
- Perform mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Execute equipment setup including recipe changes and control adjustments
- Repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and photo eyes
- Troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs
- Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including cylinders
- Enter work completed in computer-based maintenance program
- Monitor and report spare parts usage
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with maintenance PM systems
- Proficiency with computers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to operate fork trucks, articulating lifts, and scissor lifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year technical school degree
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles and motor control circuits
