Industrial Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
• Repair and maintain mechanical machine components and pneumatic systems
• Perform mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and photo eyes
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs
• Complete projects to add electrical circuits, controls, and new equipment
• Enter work completed in computer-based maintenance program
• Monitor and report spare parts usage
• Train Level 1 mechanics in complex tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics
• Intermediate knowledge of fabrication such as welding or basic machining
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) and available for standby/overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field
