Industrial Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pig Casting Machine (MMG) and manage molten iron molding processes
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using manual, pneumatic, and electric tools
• Execute small welding tasks and component replacements
• Operate 7t forklifts, overhead cranes, and electric hoists
• Inspect and maintain splash boxes, distribution chutes, and anti-pollution covers
• Clean cooling system nozzles, settling tanks, and machine structures
• Monitor and control torpedo car tipping and release agent (lime) preparation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and environmental policies
• Organize workshop tools and spare parts

Requirements

• Completed high school education
• Welding course certification
• NR 11 certification
• NR 35 certification
