Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems
• Handle emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and blueprints
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and make necessary adjustments to machinery
• Use hand/power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment
• Adhere to LOTO, PPE, HACCP, and sanitation requirements
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Experience with multi-craft manufacturing maintenance (electrical and mechanical troubleshooting)
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours
• Certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years of mechanical and electrical skills
• 5 years of hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
• Experience with boiler and conveyor systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
