Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated, manual, and CNC equipment
• Understand PLC, control systems, relays, VFDs, and power distribution
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Utilize CMMS (SAP Maintenance Module) for reporting and preventative maintenance
• Perform planned maintenance and provide root cause counter measures (RCCM)
• Comply with company safety standards including PPE, LOTO, and Arc Flash
• Use measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and multimeters

Requirements

• Understanding of electrical controls, power distribution, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with motion control systems including servo drives and encoders
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S concepts
• Proficiency with computers and CMMS (SAP preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• PLC experience desired
