Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated, manual, and CNC equipment
• Analyze PLC, control systems, relays, and power distribution components
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Utilize CMMS (SAP Maintenance Module) for reporting and preventative maintenance
• Perform planned maintenance and provide root cause counter measures (RCCM)
• Comply with safety standards including PPE, LOTO, and Arc Flash

Requirements

• Understanding of electrical controls, power distribution, and 3 phase systems
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Experience with motion control systems including servo drives and encoders
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S concepts
• Proficiency with measuring devices like micrometers, calipers, and multimeters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PLC experience
• Experience with SAP or other CMMS software
