Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise preventive and curative maintenance operations on production equipment, including pelletizers, compressors, and packaging tools.
• Optimize the reliability of production tools while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality rules.
• Manage spare parts supply and maintain efficient maintenance stock levels.
• Utilize and update Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (GMAO) to ensure full traceability of operations.
• Participate in the drafting and implementation of prevention plans and work permits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and metrological follow-up for all installations.
• Coordinate and supervise work performed by subcontractors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and participate in certification audits.

Requirements

• Technical degree (BAC + 2, such as BTS Cira, BTS Electrotechnique, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity, mechanics, automation, robotics, and hydraulics.
• Proven experience working within safety, quality, and environmental (HSE) frameworks.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and reactivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP.
• Proficiency with GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
