Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations during the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members through training and performance evaluations
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goals
• Ensure the safe and effective use of tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
• Monitor productivity, quality, and maintenance performance metrics
• Collaborate with production teams and vendors to schedule and complete maintenance work
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root-cause analysis efforts
• Foster a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or a related industrial environment
• At least one (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to lead independently during an off-shift operation with limited administrative support
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Maintenance, Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
• Three (3) or more years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Three (3) or more years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S
• Proficiency using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and timekeeping systems
