Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain auxiliary equipment required for production
• Maintain and repair utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer
• Assist and train other maintenance personnel with repairs, preventative maintenance (PMs), and rebuilds
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve problems proactively
• Manage small projects focused on equipment maintenance or upgrades
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with quality and safety policies

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work primarily on the 3rd shift, with an initial training period on the 1st shift
• Willingness to work overtime and off shifts, including weekends, as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfort with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting
• Proficiency with industrial and motor controls
