Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Perform effective troubleshooting on PLC programs and modify/write programs as required.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to implement corrective actions and minimize the risk of repeat failures.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to eliminate unplanned equipment failures.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and 5S in all work areas.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality, or productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS and standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with welding, machining, or fabrication as required by location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance (4–10+ years depending on seniority level).
