Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures to implement effective corrective actions and minimize repeat issues.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs and maintain AC/DC drives and motors.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Comply with all safety policies, including NFPA 70E standards, and actively participate in safety improvement processes.
• Perform shop work including welding, machining, and fabrication as required by the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical (including PLC logic) schematics.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS and standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Skills in welding and machining/fabrication.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (8:45 pm - 5:00 am) and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent military experience in a technical capacity.
• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance (Level-specific years of experience range from 4 to 10+ years depending on seniority).
