Industrial Maintenance Preparer

Responsibilities

• Identify site anomalies using controllers or operational teams
• Develop specifications including human, material, and financial resources
• Source executors internally or through external companies
• Launch orders and organize preliminary site visits
• Plan interventions in coordination with production, studies, and site teams
• Organize sites by providing necessary human resources, materials, parts, and plans
• Supervise sites to ensure quality and safety standards
• Participate in coordination to ensure effective team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in boilermaking, mechanics, metal structure, piping, electricity, maintenance, or equivalent
• Experience in work preparation within an industrial environment
• Technical skills in mechanics, boilermaking, metal structure, piping, or electricity
• Knowledge of various technical trades (welding, machining, assembly, etc.)
• Proficiency with IT tools and willingness to learn SAP
• Strong rigor, autonomy, team spirit, and anticipation skills
