Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical failures and anomalies in industrial equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance visits and report findings
• Execute mechanical maintenance during annual shutdowns, scheduled stops, or emergency incidents
• Control and verify equipment using measurement tools (speed, temperature, pressure, dimensional measurements)
• Implement localized improvements to installations to facilitate easier maintenance
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and reliability improvement of machinery
• Strictly adhere to all company safety rules, protocols, and operating procedures

Requirements

• CAP or Baccalaureate degree in mechanical engineering (e.g., STI-Génie mécanique, Bac Pro MSMA, MSPC)
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a production environment
• Strong technical knowledge of welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Proficiency in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a team and follow strict safety guidelines
• Methodical, autonomous, and organized approach to planning interventions
