Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with CNC equipment
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components, including motors, drives, and controllers
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs
• Utilize shop mathematics, handbook formulas, blueprints, and a wide variety of measuring instruments to adjust and rebuild machines

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)
• Experience in one of the following areas (Coursework + 2 years repair experience OR 4 years direct experience):
• Fluid Power Technology (hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Machine Trades (lathe, vertical milling machine)
• Pump/Pressure Machines (vacuum pump, fluid pump, compressed air)
• Industrial Repair of automated equipment and robotics
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
