Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize state-of-the-art production equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating machinery
• Minimize equipment downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical issues and repairing rotating machinery
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Experience with welding, rigging, and hand/power tools
• Basic computer skills for work order management
• Ability to work 2nd shift (approximately 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Must reside within daily commuting distance of Evansville, Indiana

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education or vocational training in mechanics or mechatronics
