Industrial Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate a team of 20 maintenance professionals to ensure equipment availability and longevity.
• Deploy and pilot maintenance strategies tailored to equipment criticality.
• Optimize maintenance and energy costs to help the site meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading energy and digital transformations.
• Foster team development, accountability, and performance management.
• Ensure the application of risk prevention plans and maintain strict safety standards.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent academic background.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful managerial experience within an industrial context.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to federate teams around strategic goals.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of various maintenance domains.
