Industrial Maintenance Intern

Responsibilities

• Create a test pilot on a filling production line to implement a maintenance strategy
• Define nomenclatures and preventive maintenance ranges
• Participate in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to improve production line reliability and performance
• Observe real-world operations to identify key steps, risks, tools, and control points
• Use existing intervention sheets and update the CMMS (GMAO) for machine tracking
• Draft documentation for preventive maintenance operations, including detailed operating modes and checklists
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians on preventive maintenance, controls, calibrations, and simple troubleshooting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, metrology, or engineering
• Technical skills in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and industrial IT
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and a strong team player
• Sensitivity to industrial safety requirements and quality standards
• Previous experience in maintenance or an industrial environment (internship) is appreciated
