Industrial Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Apply hygiene, safety, and operating procedure rules
• Operate, adjust, and perform format changes on assigned machines
• Conduct quality controls including visual checks, product weight, and labeling
• Complete traceability documentation to ensure quality standards
• Perform first-level maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team during malfunctions
• Clean and maintain the workstation and equipment
• Participate in optimizing machine performance and productivity
• Propose improvements regarding safety, quality, and working conditions

Requirements

• Training as an industrial machine operator or a degree in bakery/pastry
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in food production
• Dynamic, rigorous, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
