Industrial Lubrication Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment
• Conduct lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishing in accordance with ICML best practices
• Operate simple and complex heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in formulating preventive maintenance/lubrication standards and work procedures
• Provide work order feedback regarding discrepancies noted during service delivery
• Maintain personal tools and ensure compliance with all company and site safety guidelines
• Complete accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion

Requirements

• High school degree or approved GED
• Experience in industrial maintenance or lubrication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and stairs
• Knowledge of heavy industrial equipment and power-driven rotating machinery
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment and follow strict safety protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends as demanded

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of experience in industrial maintenance or lubrication
• ICML MLT Level 1 certification
• AA degree in Industrial Maintenance
• Training or certification in Ultrasonic Emissions
